Die jährliche FemRef Wahl steht an! Das bedeutet, ihr könnt am 17. und 18. Mai 2022 das neue Team wählen und euch vorher auch selbst für das neue Team zur Wahl aufstellen lassen.

Die Referent_innen des Autonomen Feministischen Referates werden einmal jährlich gewählt. Zur Wahl aufstellen lassen können sich alle FLINTA+ (FrauenLesbenInterNichtbinäreTransAgender+) Studierenden, die an der Carl von Ossietzky immatrikuliert sind. Wahlberechtigt sind ebenso alle an der Carl von Ossietzky Universität immatrikulierten FLINTA+ Personen.

Das Team besteht regulär aus sieben Referent_innen, die in einem selbstorganisierten Team queer_feministische Hochschularbeit machen. Die Aufgaben sind dabei vielfältig: Veranstaltungen und Workshops organisieren, gemeinsam das wöchentliche Plenum und die Bürozeiten gestalten, feministische Vernetzungsarbeit in Oldenburg und darüber hinaus. Ein fester Teil der Arbeit im FemRef ist es, die Anliegen von FLINTA+ Studierenden zu vertreten und sich gemeinsam gegen den ganzen patriarchalen Mist zu organisieren.Die Arbeit im Autonomen Feministischen Referat wird u.a. mit einer Aufwandsentschädigung vergütet und umfasst ca. 7 Std Arbeit die Woche.

Um eine Idee davon zu bekommen, was das FemRef so macht und wie die Arbeit abläuft, laden wir euch am 25.04. um 18:15 Uhr dazu ein, die Arbeit im FemRef kennenzulernen und Fragen zu stellen –  dafür treffen wir uns in der AStA-Sitzecke.
Am 27.04. um 13 Uhr seid ihr außerdem zu einem offenen Plenum eingeladen, bei dem ihr Fragen rund um die Bewerbung, die Wahl und die Arbeit im FemRef stellen könnt. Das Plenum findet ab 13 Uhr im UfO statt, bitte testet euch vorher und tragt eine Maske.Falls ihr nicht in Präsenz teilnehmen könnt, schickt uns eine E-Mail an femref@uol.de dann erhaltet ihr den Link um online am Plenum teilzunehmen.

So funktioniert die Bewerbung:
Um euch zu bewerben füllt ihr das Bewerbungsformular aus, was ihr auf unserer Homepage findet. Das ausgefüllte Formular gebt ihr dann in einer unserer Bürozeiten in unserem Büro im AStA ab. Das ausgefüllte Bewerbungsformular muss spätestens bis 03.05. bei uns abgegeben werden.

So könnt ihr wählen:
In diesem Jahr wird es zwei Möglichkeiten geben um zu wählen. Am 17. und 18. Mai findet die FemRef Wahl in der Uni im UfO statt. Das bedeutet ihr könnt an beiden Tagen zwischen 10 und 16 Uhr vorbei kommen und das neue Team wählen, alles was ihr dafür braucht ist euer Studiausweis.Das UfO findet ihr auf der Rückseite des Mensagebäudes, der Weg wird an den Wahltagen auch ausgeschildert sein.
Falls ihr nicht in Präsenz in der Uni wählen könnt, gibt es die Möglichkeit, per Briefwahl zu wählen. Schreibt uns dafür bis spätestens 04.05. eine E-Mail mit einer Kopie eurer Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und eurer Adresse an femref@uol.de.

Die Wahlergebnisse werden in der FLINTA+ Vollversammlung am 18.05. um 18:15 Uhr bekannt gegeben. Die Vollversammlung findet in A05 0-056 statt. Bitte tragt eine Maske und testet euch nach Möglichkeit vorher.

FemRef election 2022/23
The annual FemRef election is coming up! That means you can vote for the new team on May 17thand 18th 2022 from 10am until 4pm, and you can also stand for election for the new team yourself beforehand.

All WLINTA+ (WomenLesbianInterNonbinaryTransAgender+) students who are enrolled at the Carl von Ossietzky can stand for election. All WLINTA+ persons enrolled at Carl von Ossietzky University are also eligible to vote. The FemRef teamis elected once a year. 
The team regularly consists of seven people who work in a self-organized way on queer_feminist university work. The tasks are manifold: organizing events and workshops, organizing the weekly plenum and office hours together, feminist networking in Oldenburg and beyond. An integral part of the work in FemRef is to represent the concerns of WLINTA+ students and to organize together against all the patriarchal crap. The work in FemRef is compensated with an expense allowance and involves about 7 hrs of work a week.

To get an idea of what the FemRef does and how the work is done, we invite you to get to know the work in the FemRef and to ask questions on the 25th of April at 18:15 – for this we will meet in the AStA seating area.
On the 27th of April at 13 o’clock you are also invited to an open plenum, where you can ask questions about the application, the election and the work in the FemRef. The plenary will take place in the UfO starting at 1pm, please test yourself beforehand and wear a mask. If you cannot attend in presence, send us an email to femref@uol.de then you will receive the link to attend the plenum online.

This is how the application works:
To apply, fill out the application form, which you can find on our homepage. You can hand in the completed form during one of our office hours in our office in the AStA. The completed application form must be handed in to us by third of May at the latest.

How to vote:
There will be two opportunities to vote this year. On May 17th you can vote in the Mensafoyer and on May 18th in the UfO at the back of the Mensa building. That means you can come by and vote for the new team on both days between 10am and 4pm, all you need is your student ID.
If you are not able to vote at the university, you have the option to vote by absentee ballot. Please send us an e-mail with a copy of your immatriculation certification and your address to femref@uol.de by May 4th at the latest if you want to vote via letter.

Election results will be announced at the FLINTA+ plenary meeting on May 18th at 6:15pm. The plenary meeting will be held in A05 0-056. Please wear a mask and get tested beforehand if possible.
